Brand Creation
I have created both national and global brand identities.  Working out the positioning, writing up a list of the names, developing logo designs, creating a library distinctive brand assets and documenting the look and feel into a global brand guideline.
Brief:
Develop a brand identity for TechCollect, the Australia New Zealand Recycling Platform, consumer-facing startup. This was intended to grow into a free, national e-waste recycling service for the general public.
Challenge:
The ANZRP is an industry-funded not-for-profit, set up in response to a Federal Government initiative to reduce the amount of electronic waste going into landfill. As part of a national, consumer-focused program, and faced by well-resourced for-profit competitors, TechCollect’s identity would play a prominent role in helping the Board and management
Results:
The final logo approved by the ANZRP leadership team had the idea that many individuals working together can achieve great things.

We introduced  the 'TechCollect' ants which were simple, playful and made TechCollect accessible and engaging. The logo also conveyed factual information by showing the types of e-waste recycled by TechCollect. Printers, TV's and computers.
With these highly distinctive elements we were able to dial up the branding in every piece of communication we developed for TechCollect, from site signage, advertising and website to the brand guidelines document itself.
