:: I have over 20 years of experience as a Creative Director across design, advertising, and digital agencies, including EURO RSCG, The Worldwide Marketing Store, W5 Group, Kinergy, and Vitamin X Creative, where I was a co-founder and creative partner. In addition to agency roles, I have held positions as a Creative Lead in corporate settings and as a Creative Manager within the not-for-profit sector. Currently, I serve as a Design and Communications Officer for the NSW State Government.
:: I was a co-founder and creative partner of a creative agency, where I wore many hats including new business development, pitching, client management, strategy, creative direction, concept development, art direction, design (print and digital), video production, as well as studio and IT management. I secured a diverse portfolio of local, regional, and global clients and built and managed a creative studio that delivered end-to-end campaigns from concept through to production and dispatch. I ensured every project was consistently on-brand, delivered on time, and within budget. Additionally, I served as the brand custodian for Toshiba for 13 years, maintaining brand integrity across all communications.
:: My leadership style is motivating, supportive, and strengths-based, fostering a collaborative culture and strong team camaraderie. I excel at briefing and inspiring multidisciplinary teams—including designers, writers, retouchers, developers, editors, animators, illustrators, photographers, and camera crews—while directing and nurturing junior talent to achieve the best creative results possible.
:: Communication is one of my key strengths. With a background in psychology and strong emotional intelligence, I am comfortable engaging in both one-on-one conversations and large presentations. I am skilled at strategically debating brand decisions, providing clear and constructive feedback, and I firmly believe that stakeholder input is essential to the creative process. Additionally, I emphasise the importance of clear briefs as the foundation for successful projects. I have extensive experience managing multiple stakeholders effectively.

:: I have worked on everything, including integrated campaigns for large multinationals, brand development for start-ups, fundraising appeals for charities, and health awareness campaigns for government initiatives.
